Company History

Founded in 1997, MicroPact has quickly become a recognized software solution leader in both the private and public sector. Our growth has been marked by a consistent focus on products that meet the changing needs of our customers.

Initially engaged in custom software development for the federal government, MicroPact and its founders soon saw a set of needs consistent in that market space. The company quickly responded with the launch of its first product for EEO case management, icomplaints. Hugely popular and adopted by more than 120 federal agencies, icomplaints led in turn to the successful rollout of a second COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) product, eversity.

However, with this positive feedback came requests from customers to apply the most powerful components of icomplaints and eversity to a new solution that could be easily configurable to a number of different enterprise applications. The result is our current flagship product, entellitrak, which allows users to define and manage their own data fields, terminology, and workflow.

Today, we continue to measure our growth and success in terms of meeting the evolving needs of our customers in the private and government sectors.
