MicroPact Significantly Expands Federal Profile
Leading innovator in a new generation of data tracking software wraps up 2009 with record momentum
HERNDON, VA -- January 5, 2010 -- MicroPact, the leading innovator in a new generation of data tracking software, announced today that it ended 2009 serving nine of the 10 largest federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, with an enterprise implementation of a MicroPact product.
Federal agencies that needed to gain immediate management control over their business processes increasingly turned to MicroPact. MicroPact's flagship product, entellitrak®, has been implemented at more than 200 federal agencies. Every DoD agency and component will use it to better manage and analyze labor and employee relations cases for its approximately 700,000 civilian employees and 1,500 bargaining units. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has detected so many uses for it that it established a five-year blanket purchase agreement for its Office of the Executive Secretariat.

Additional federal clients include NASA, which procured entellitrak twice this year – once in February to support strategic planning, and once in April to manage and track action items within its Exploration Systems Mission Directorate.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) also acquired three MicroPact applications – entellitrak, icomplaints® and eversity® – for its Office of Civil Rights and Liberties within the Transportation Security Agency (TSA). Together, the applications allow the office to make improvements in its response time to employees, retain audit trails, and expand the scope of information being collected, tracked and statistically analyzed. More than 80 percent of MicroPact clients use two or more of MicroPact products.
The Census Bureau, likewise, called on MicroPact for a tracking system to manage correspondence with citizens, Congress and federal workers related to the 2010 Decennial Census. The Agriculture Department in November signed a 500-user purchase of entellitrak so the Natural Resource Conservation Service can track improvements made to internal controls.
