MicroPact Expands Presence Within the Federal Aviation Administration

HERNDON, VA -- May 27, 2010 -- MicroPact, the leading innovator in a new generation of data tracking software, announced today it has won a contract to provide a case management system for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of the Chief Counsel.
Using entellitrak®, the industry's leading enterprise-level, Web-based data tracking application, the FAA will now have an automated system for managing all documentation, processes and data related to the full life-cycle of all the organization's legal matters. With this new system, the office will be able to increase their processing times, have better reporting capabilities and provide the Chief Counsel with a better view into the organization. This case management system will help the Office of Chief Counsel meet its mission of furnishing timely and responsive legal services to the office's principal areas. It will replace the office's old system, which was a combination of disparate applications.
