MicroPact Names Clara M. Conti Director of Strategic Programs
HERNDON, VA – January 20, 2012 – MicroPact, a leader in the development of advanced data tracking and business process management software, today announced that Clara M. Conti has been named Director of Strategic Programs. In this newly established position, Conti will report to MicroPact Senior Vice President of Business Development Growson Edwards and will develop, launch and manage strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and improve company profitability and efficiency.
Conti brings 25 years of experience in information technology as a locally recognized senior executive, CEO and entrepreneur who has led public, private and venture capital-backed companies through rapid expansion and organizational change.
"Clara's vast experience as an accomplished leader in growing profitable enterprises and her extensive industry connections will help move MicroPact to the next level," said Edwards.
Prior to joining MicroPact, Conti developed business strategies and increased sales revenue for international, commercial and Federal Government clients at Aurora Technology Solutions (ATSI), Inc., a consulting organization that focuses on outsourcing, call centers and IT support.
Previously, Conti served as CEO and Chief Sales Officer at OnDialog, a venture-backed provider of on-demand marketing solutions, where she built the sales channel, developed new channel partners and strategic alliances, and initiated new sales and marketing strategies. Earlier, she served as CEO at IPIX, an imaging solutions and security applications company, and CEO at ObjectVideo, a provider of intelligent video software."I am excited be part of MicroPact's dynamic growth and look forward to expanding MicroPact's global and international outreach," said Conti.
Conti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of South Alabama.
