Candi Castleberry Singleton to Deliver Opening Keynote at 462 Symposium

“Dignity and Respect” Expert to Kick Off MicroPact’s Annual Conference

June 8, 2016 | Company NewsEvents

For more than a dozen years, MicroPact has worked hand-in-hand with the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) community to help ensure that federal workers are protected against all forms of workplace discrimination. The nexus of those efforts is the annual 462 Symposium, to be held Sept. 1 at the Washington Marriott Metro Center. The name refers to the detailed EEOC Form 462 Report that all federal agencies must submit annually.

The 14th Annual 462 Symposium: Mastering EEO from Every Angle, will bring together EEO professionals from federal agencies to network, hear from leading experts, and receive the latest training on MicroPact's ICOMPLAINTS® case management software, which is used to manage 90 percent of all federal EEO claims. Candi Castleberry Singleton, founder and CEO of Dignity and Respect, Inc., will deliver the opening keynote address.

The 462 Symposium is the only event that focuses on preparing ICOMPLAINTS users to submit the Form 462 Report. Whether an agency uses the ICOMPLAINTS Quality Report Management (QRM) module, or the EEOC supplied Microsoft® Excel tool to generate the submission file and submit it through the EEOC FedSEP Portal, the 462 Symposium will equip attendees with the tools and insights to successfully navigate the 462 reporting season.
