Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton To Deliver Opening Keynote at MicroPact’s 462 Symposium
Civil Rights Leader Opens 12th Annual 462 Symposium on Sept. 15 in Washington, D.C.
June 16, 2014, Herndon, VA – MicroPact Inc., the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, is pleased to announce that Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton will open the 12th Annual 462 Symposium with an opening keynote address.
The 462 Symposium will be held on Sept. 15, 2014, at the Washington Marriott Metro Center in Washington, D.C. The symposium brings together federal employees to discuss best practices in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) processing, network with other EEO professionals and receive training on MicroPact's icomplaints, the case management system used to manage 90 percent of all federal EEO claims.
The 462 Symposium, which is the only event that focuses on preparing icomplaints users to submit Form 462 Reports, provides valuable tools and insights to EEO professionals using the icomplaints Quality Report Management (QRM) module to generate and submit the reports through the FedSEP Portal.

As chairman of the EEOC, Congresswoman Norton was responsible for enforcing both the 1963 Equal Pay Act and the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Norton has played an important role in the history of EEO laws and EEO enforcement from both appointed and elected posts in Washington.
