Herndon, Virginia and Arlington, Virginia, August 18, 2015 -- MicroPact, the leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, today announced that it has merged with Iron Data Solutions, Inc., a leader in case management and regulatory software solutions used across 49 states and the federal government. The merged company will retain the MicroPact name.
The executive management team will continue intact with Tom Sechler, current Iron Data CEO, serving as CEO of the merged company, Kris Collo, current MicroPact CEO and founder, serving as President, Mike Cerniglia, current MicroPact CTO continuing to serve as the CTO, and Dan Smith, current Iron Data CFO, continuing as CFO.

Iron Data has decades of experience building highly specialized, vertically-oriented, applications and solutions for complex regulatory, licensing and human services case management requirements while MicroPact, through its entellitrak platform, offers a continuous spectrum of case management and business management solutions with more than 20, horizontally-focused, pre-configured applications.
