Critical Capabilities Report on Case Management Frameworks Provides Guidance For Evaluating Enterprise Software Vendors

The report states that Case Management Frameworks (CMFs) are configurable “apps” that enable software architects to accelerate the delivery of unique and flexible case management solutions.
