MicroPact EVP & CTO, Mike Cerniglia to Speak on MoDevEast Panel
Event Will Be Held on November 30th, 2012 in McLean, VA
Later this month, on Friday, November 30th, MicroPact’s EVP & CTO, Mike Cerniglia will be joining a panel discussion at MoDevEast 2012 titled Product Modernization – Shifting Your Product Base to Meet the Needs of Mobile Customers. The panel, which will include speakers from Gannett and 3Pillar Global aims to provide insight into how businesses can better strategize to create value for their mobile audiences and make valuable mobile investments. In addition, Cerniglia and the other panelists will discuss the key strategies involved with application development and essential questions that should be asked before getting started.
Heading up MicroPact’s own mobile initiative, which started back in 2010, Cerniglia is no stranger to mobile adoption and the advantages and challenges that come along with it. “One of our key goals has always been to future-proof our technology as much as possible by leveraging open standards and building in more of a SOA architecture so that incorporating new technologies and capabilities becomes a more economical and straightforward process,” said Cerniglia in a mobility-focused July 2012 interview with WashingtonExec.
MoDevEast is a 3-day event that provides its attendees with the information they need to succeed in developing applications across platforms for native and mobile web. The event will include a day of workshops (Thursday, November 29), a full-day conference (Friday, November 30) and a Hackathon (Saturday, December 1).
