MicroPact Named to Inc. 5000
Why Making the Premier List of Fastest-Growing Companies Matters
MicroPact did it again: The team behind entellitrak® and icomplaints® was named one of the fastest-growing software companies in the United States.
For the 11th year, MicroPact earned a spot on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, the elite ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. (For four of those years, MicroPact made the Inc. 500 list – the top of the top, if you will.)
The Inc. 5000 list represents a comprehensive look at America’s independent entrepreneurs and recognizes 5,000 private companies that have demonstrated growth and stability.
MicroPact posted a 132 percent jump in revenue over the last three years, according to Inc.’s research. One of the most impressive stats highlighted by the researchers was that MicroPact added a net total of 83 new employees over the last three years.

Today, MicroPact solutions serve 97 percent of all U.S. federal agencies with more than 500 employees and a growing list of Fortune 500 corporations. The company, founded by CEO Kris Collo in 1997, has posted positive, profitable annual growth throughout its history by delivering innovative enterprise solutions to federal and commercial customers. MicroPact’s entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering dedication to service remain the driving forces behind the company’s collaborative culture and ongoing success.
The results of this hard work can been found in MicroPact’s continued growth on multiple fronts last year. From major enterprise contract wins with federal and commercial customers and critical industry recognition to the doubling of our headquarters and the opening a new office in Colorado. MicroPact shows no signs of slowing down either.
Story of Great Leadership
The 2015 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc. (available on newsstands Aug. 18) is the most competitive crop in the list's history. The average company on the list achieved a stellar three-year growth of 490%. The Inc. 5000's aggregate revenue is $205 billion, generating 647,000 jobs over the past three years. "The story of this year's Inc. 5000 is the story of great leadership. In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it takes something extraordinary to take your company to the top," says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. "You have to remember that the average company on the Inc. 5000 grew nearly six-fold since 2012. Business owners don't achieve that kind of success by accident."
Anyone who knows CEO Kris Collo knows that his passion to serve customers drives MicroPact and his team.
From the very start, MicroPact’s growth has been driven by an unwavering dedication to customer service and to building technology that empowers large-scale enterprises to more rapidly deliver improved outcomes based on critical data, collaboration, and guided decision-making. The company’s strategy to achieve this stems from the development and delivery of a data-centric, configurable, case management and Business Process Management (BPM) technology that is unmatched in the market.
Why the Inc. 5000 Matters
The Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2011 through 2014. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2010. Additionally, a company must have been U.S.-based, privately held, for profit and independent. Revenue in 2010 must have been at least $100,000 with revenue of at least $2 million in 2013.
The annual ranking by our peers and business leaders is a testament to the team’s hard work and dedication to the diverse customers MicroPact serves.
MicroPact is in very good company. LinkedIn, Yelp, Pandora, Dell, Zillow, and many other well-known technology companies gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.
Beyond being listed alongside such tech luminaries, making the Inc. 5000 – for 11 years! – serves as a reminder that MicroPact remains a company on the move.
