MicroPact to Present Customer Case Study on Case Management at Gartner BPM Summit in Las Vegas
Medical School Will Discuss How Comprehensive Search for Multiple Enterprise Solutions Led to entellitrak® Platform for Case Management and BPM
GARTNER SYMPOSIUM/ITxpo, Orlando, FL., October 7, 2014 – MicroPact Inc., the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, today announced that it will present an in-depth case study on a major enterprise software implementation for a public medical school serving thousands of students and employing thousands of faculty and support staff.
Officials from MicroPact and the institution will co-present the case study at the Gartner Business Process Management Summit, which will take place Dec. 10-12 in Las Vegas. The annual Summit brings together leading researchers and analysts along with software companies from around the world. MicroPact is a Platinum Sponsor of the BPM Summit.
MicroPact Marketing Vice President Bob Ragsdale will lead an interactive discussion on how the university conducted comprehensive research that included input from leading industry analysts as well as detailed evaluations of several technology options before selecting entellitrak, a unified platform for Case Management and BPM.
“The organization’s technology challenge was incredibly complicated,” said Ragsdale. “They had three major, very unique, yet interdependent usage and technology requirements. Even as they neared the end of an extensive search, the best analysts in the world were indicating that we would probably have to go with a series of custom coded solutions. Through this case study we hope to illustrate how the organization avoided that fate, and to show how others can do so as well.”
