Mintz Group Selects entellitrak® Case Management Platform for International Due Diligence and Investigations

Mintz Group provides comprehensive due diligence and corporate investigations services to clients around the globe.  The firm specializes in background checking before executive hires, board appointments and business transactions, as well as complex litigation support matters, anti-corruption investigations and cross-border asset recovery.  Headquartered in New York, Mintz Group has 12 offices globally and has conducted more than 10,000 investigations in more than 100 countries since its founding in 1994.

The entellitrak platform will enable Mintz Group to manage multi-faceted complex investigations conducted in offices throughout the world. From the initial opening of a case to the satisfactory conclusion of that case, Mintz Group will leverage the entellitrak case management platform help facilitate its proprietary investigative business operations.

In addition to providing a robust platform with tracking and management control functionality for the internal systems and operations at Mintz Group, entellitrak will integrate with an existing customer relationship management (CRM) system as well as a document management system. This seamless integration, which means users will have instant access to documents they need to make decisions quickly, is possible because entellitrak is based on open standards, open architecture and platform independence.
