Registration Opens for 462 Symposium
Industry experts to gather Sept. 5 in D.C. to Share Intel on Big Changes in EEO Compliance
Registration kicks off today for MicroPact’s 11th Annual 462 Symposium to be held Sept. 5 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.
This year’s event comes as icomplaints users at federal agencies across the country prepare for a major change in how agencies submit the EEOC Form 462 Report. We’ve assembled a stellar lineup of industry experts from government agencies and private companies to explain all the details surrounding the new electronic submission process.
Besides those changes, the day will be filled with lectures and discussions on a variety of timely issues facing EEO professionals.
Arlene Austin, Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity & Civil Rights for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, will discuss the role Alternative Dispute Resolution plays in taking care of workplace conflicts. Attendees will learn how to determine whether their agency has an efficient and fair alternative dispute resolution process, and how to determine what analytical process to use when evaluating the impact and effectiveness of their agency's alternative dispute resolution process.
Also on tap for this year is Mandana Massjouni-Huang, Branch Chief, Enterprise Applications for the Office of Information Technology at the EEOC. Massjouni-Huang will discuss what’s in store for the Federal EEO Portal (FedSEP), the online system used to submit data.
This all-day symposium will sell out so early registration is recommended to ensure you and your team can attend. Did I mention we’re also offering a 25% Early Bird discount? Register with code MD981 before July 9th to take advantage of the discount.
