Mr. Collo is an experienced entrepreneur who co-founded MicroPact in 1997 at the age of 21. As MicroPact’s CEO and a member of the board of directors, Mr. Collo is engaged throughout the company, overseeing the organization’s product strategy and development, business development, marketing, sales, and support operations. Beginning with two personal credit cards and $15,000 of his own money Mr. Collo has served 17 years as President and CEO, bootstrapping the company into its position as the global leader of Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions. Mr. Collo is involved in all aspects of the business and in doing so, is able to identify and seize opportunities and to promote excellence at every level.

Under Mr. Collo's leadership, MicroPact has won a variety of awards including Washington Technology's Fast 50, Inc. 500’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, and Deloitte's Fast 500. In 2015 Mr. Collo led MicroPact to be recognized with top workplace awards from The Washington Post, the Washington Business Journal, and Virginia Business magazine. In addition, Mr. Collo has received several personal distinctions including being named in the Washington Business Journal's list of 2014 Minority Business Leaders, its 2015 “40 Under 40" award winners, as well as the 2014 Presidential Award for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas.

Mr. Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of directors of MicroPact since January 2013. He has over twenty five years of experience in finance, M&A, venture capital, banking and valuation consulting. His management experience encompasses both start-ups and well-established companies across a variety of industries and financial conditions. As CFO of MicroPact, Mr. Smith is responsible for the financial, accounting, corporate development, legal, contracts, human resources, talent acquisition, and project control areas of the organization.

Previously, Mr. Smith was CFO for Attain LLC, a professional services firm focused on the federal, state and local government, and higher education markets. At Attain, Mr. Smith was a partner and instrumental in the formation of the organization by leading the financing and acquisition of assets from the BearingPoint bankruptcy estate.

Mr. Smith received his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his B.S. in accounting from Indiana University.

Michael Cerniglia

Mr. Cerniglia serves as the Chief Technology Officer of MicroPact, and has been with the organization since its inception. As CTO, Mr. Cerniglia charts the course of MicroPact’s technological vision and serves as the lead architect for systems and software. In this capacity, he is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s offerings remain at the technological forefront of the market.

Mr. Cerniglia spearheaded the company's technology transition from being a predominantly services-based organization to that of being the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software. It was under his stewardship that the entellitrak case management platform was brought to market.

Mr. Cerniglia received his BS with Honors in Computer Science from James Madison University.

Mr. Edwards serves as the Chief Customer Officer for MicroPact and oversees Business Development and Customer Relations. Over his 13 year tenure, Mr. Edwards has led sales and go to market efforts surrounding the launch of new product lines, an area of intense focus and investment for MicroPact.

Prior to Joining MicroPact, Mr. Edwards held a variety of leadership positions in business development, sales, and marketing for companies in the telecommunications and software industries. Mr. Edwards has received numerous awards for outstanding customer service, marketing development, and management, and has more than 16 years of experience in developing sales and marketing strategies and teams in both the federal and commercial sectors.

Brian Combs

Vice President, Solutions and Services

Brian Combs brings over 20 years of contract management, business operations, program management and entrepreneurship to MicroPact. Brian joined the organization as Iron Data’s VP, Contracts and Business Operations in 2013. In his current role as Vice President, Solutions and Services, he works with regulatory agencies to drive efficiency and improve citizen services at all levels.

Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Combs founded COMAROD, Inc. in 2004, an award-winning asset management and logistics consulting firm where he served as President and CEO, leading the company to two consecutive federal agency “Small Business Contractor of the Year” awards in 2006 and 2007. Mr. Combs has also held senior contracts management and business operations positions at User Technology Associates, Betac Corporation, DynCorp, and Technology Applications, Inc.

Brian received his Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Integrated Information, Science and Technology from The George Washington University. He also holds a degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Ragsdale is responsible for overseeing MicroPact's marketing, market research and analyst relations operations, and, most importantly, for ensuring that MicroPact's ever-evolving product capabilities continue to grow in anticipation of customers' operational needs. Mr. Ragsdale joined MicroPact in 2010 as its first Vice President of Marketing.

With 25 years of experience leading the international marketing and branding efforts of technology and consumer goods companies at nearly every stage of development, Mr. Ragsdale has created marketing campaigns and built brand leaders at points all around the globe for organizations such as AT&T, Verisign, Mars Inc., and General Motors. Mr. Ragsdale prides his team on its ability to quickly translate customer and market insights into actionable and compelling communication programs.

Mr. Ragsdale holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Oregon, and a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of International Business.

Barb Huelskamp is an experienced channel growth executive who leads the MicroPact Global Alliance Partner Program. She has a 25-year record of accomplishment driving revenue growth via channel and sales management for a range of technology companies. Since 2006 she has implemented federal, North American, and global channel strategies for companies including Jabra, MobileIron, and Polycom.

Huelskamp has been a CRN Women of the Channel awardee each year since 2013, and in 2015 and 2016 was named to the CRN Power 100 list. She also volunteers on Women in Technology committees to support professional development including Girls in Technology, which mentors high school girls to pursue STEM subjects and to educate them about the vast array of STEM opportunities available to women.

Chuck Barthlow

Chuck Barthlow has been associated with MicroPact and predecessor organizations since May 2002. During this time, he has been involved in software development, account management, business development, project/program management and is currently Vice President, Benefits Case Management. In this role he is the business unit executive responsible for the overall Benefits Case Management business including strategy, execution, customer success, competitiveness, and overall growth and profitability.

Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Barthlow held positions in both the public sector and in private industry, including Business Development Manager for HL Group and Director of Information Technology for Cardinal Brands.

Mr. Barthlow has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and holds a BS degree in Business Administration. A volunteer with various community programs, he assists one of Missouri’s largest public school districts in maintaining its information technology strategic plan.

Paul Sobert

Paul Sobert joined MicroPact in 2015 after more than 30 years with the Internal Revenue Service, culminating in the role of Director, Compliance Systems. Currently, he is responsible for all issues relating to the functionality, integration, and interoperability of deployed MicroPact systems, including product upgrades and enhancement requests, information security, maintenance, and support for all internal and external deployments. Mr. Sobert has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.

Sanjeev Nehra

Sanjeev Nehra

Vice President, Information Technology

Sanjeev Nehra oversees technology and operations for both MicroPact-hosted customer solutions and for corporate IT. He is responsible for strategic and system level planning, local and remote platform management, network and telecommunication, database administration, and computer infrastructure in multiple locations. He has more than 20 years of relevant experience, including senior roles at NTT DATA Services, Freddie Mac, Booz Allen Hamilton, COMSYS, and Fujitsu.

Mr. Nehra has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and an master’s in information systems, operations management, and business analytics from the University of Maryland. He also completed the Tuck School of Business Leadership and Strategic Impact program at Dartmouth.
